BeepBox

A free music sketchpad in the browser. Click notes onto a grid, shape the sound, and share the song as a link, because the link is where the song is kept.

• Sketch melodies, harmonies and drums on a note grid
• The whole song is stored in the link you share
• Presets plus custom synths, effects and envelopes
• Free and open source, with no account to make
• An offline copy works without the internet

• Exporting WAV and MP3 files shows a progress bar
• Fixed slider hover text and drags that got canceled in Firefox
• A click at the pattern editor’s right edge no longer corrupts a song in Firefox
• On touchscreens, a zone just below a high note changes its volume
